The newly expanded Beach House Dunsborough has reopened, now with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms including 5 ensuites. Thanks to our new guests who’ve given us such lovely recent reviews.  The 2 new bedrooms upstairs have such wonderful views over the beach outside just 20 metres away!

The new Beach room balcony is such a great place to sit and watch the ocean in front of you, while the new Ocean room has its own separate lounge room and sofa also overlooking the beach.
All bedrooms have reverse cycle air con and the new European kitchen with stone tops has a big Liebherr fridge, 2m high glass-front drinks fridge next to it, Smeg induction cooktop and Smeg pyrolytic oven.

Please always book direct with us because we’ll always give you a lower price than those overseas booking sites like Booking.com, who take the money out of Australia and charge us all too much.

We’re excited that our renovation of Beach House Dunsborough is nearly complete. The two new bedrooms upstairs have wonderful elevated ocean views, and we now have 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, including 5 ensuites.

Both rooms upstairs have King size beds, and the Beach Room at the front has a large balcony where you can see wonderfully over the dazzling white beach outside, only 20 metres away!

The Ocean Room upstairs has a bedroom with ensuite, leading out to its own lounge room with sofa and soaring timber ceiling that used to be the upstairs turret room.
And our new European kitchen with stone tops has us excited – we’ve added to the Smeg oven and induction cooktop with a big new Liebherr fridge and a side by side drinks fridge that’s also 2 metres tall.
We also have a new extendable dining table to suit from 4 people up to 12 people, overlooking the open log fire and the sitting room with sweeping ocean views.
Our tradesmen want to take their time because they’re enjoying it so much!

Our renovation has started! We’ve been lucky with the weather – little rain and cooler at night to get the lovely open fire place going with the romantic attraction of flickering flames. We’re lucky to have such a talented carpenter Tom and his team, as well as Riley the surfer who can do just about everything.

The two new bedrooms upstairs will be exciting because of their views over the bay, Stood on the verandah roof where the new balcony will be and the view across the bay is stunning. Can’t wait for our valuable guests to enjoy it all when we reopen in September..

Summer is here! Our beautiful beach has come alive right here in front of the Beach House, with dazzling shades of blue water and white sand bars to walk on from our sheltered beach. The grass is green and the sky is blue, and our treasured guests have already started using the thatched Bali daybed to relax on and watch beach life drifting by.
We really love it all year round here at Beach House Dunsborough.  While the summer has a stunning outlook with the shades of blue water and white sand bars, the start of winter has been calm, serene and ideal for that cozy feeling of the wood heater going inside the Beach House.  The 5 minute walk along the beach path into town is wonderful anytime of year to the cafes and shops.

Come to our beautiful beach! Here at Beach House Dunsborough we’ve been sitting on the grass under the big peppermint tree watching the white sand sheltered beach that’s child-safe and family friendly. See our Photos page for how nice it really is.

This luxury holiday rental accommodation on Dunsborough Beach is so close to the beach that tourists can step out of the door and right onto the sheltered white sandy beach. The calm beach waters and a very gradual beach slope make the beach a perfect place for children to play.

Sandbars are exposed at low tide in front of the Beach House at Dunsborough Beach, when you can explore or even play games such as beach cricket.
